Alliance is always striving to create new dishes using only the best ingredients and local produce to offer our guests fine dining at reasonable prices. The menu offers a fusion of traditional Khmer and classic French cuisine with dishes such as lotus root salad with chicken breast, tom yam hot and sour prawns with lemon grass, sautéed pork with rice field mushrooms and red label duck confit with sautéed potatoes and Angkor forest mushrooms.
Our Khmer chef pays close attention to detail utilising presentation and flavours to make sure you enjoy not just the first mouthful but also the last. The wide range of choice ensures there is something for every palette including our vegetarian guests.
